Refund Policy
SlideCraft by Therese values transparency and fairness in all client engagements.
Because services provided involve time, creative work, and customization, refunds are handled according to the guidelines below.
Before Work Begins
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund may be issued if payment has already been made.
After Work Has Started
Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable, as time and resources will have already been allocated to the project. This includes research, design, formatting, and content structuring.
Partially Completed Work
If a project is canceled after partial completion, no refund will be issued for work already completed. Any completed materials may be shared with the client at the discretion of SlideCraft by Therese.
Delays & Client Feedback
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by missing content, late feedback, changes in scope, or lack of response from the client.
Dissatisfaction
If a client is dissatisfied, SlideCraft by Therese will make reasonable efforts—within the agreed project scope and revision limits—to address concerns and deliver a satisfactory result.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside these terms may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
