By engaging with SlideCraft by Therese, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to ensure clarity and a smooth working relationship for both parties.

Services

SlideCraft by Therese provides presentation design and related support services as outlined in project proposals, quotes, or agreed communications. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be confirmed prior to starting work.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, including deposits or full payment requirements, will be communicated before the project begins. Work may begin once payment terms are agreed upon.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in the agreed package or proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees. Any flexibility offered beyond standard revisions applies only to the specific project discussed.

Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith and depend on timely client feedback, availability of materials, and project complexity. Delays in receiving content or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, branding materials, and feedback in a timely manner. SlideCraft by Therese is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.

Intellectual Property

Final presentation files become the property of the client upon full payment. SlideCraft by Therese retains the right to showcase completed work in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

All client information, materials, and project details are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the agreed services.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the project stage.

Limitation of Liability

SlideCraft by Therese is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered materials or services.

Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
